Yoga Retreat
A beautiful 3 day, 3 night Wellness Retreat held at Marcassie Farm a short drive away from Inverness, Scotland. The retreat will include twice daily yoga (vinyasa, yin and Kundalini), soul nourishing activities and Ayurvedic, veggie meals

Women's Circle - December 21
A ceremonial gathering from 1.45 - 4pm on The Winter Solstice (December 21) at Lost in Yoga in Camberwell. Expect cacao, yoga, chanting, and a sharing circle to close.

About me
Yoga has always been my medicine; a grounding force that helps me to connect to source. I spent my childhood growing up internationally & amidst the movement and change, yoga offered consistency, inner stillness & flow. I’ve been teaching for 10 years now as well as working full time as principal practitioner for The Key Clinic where we support children and adults with learning, behavioural and emotional difficulties to rewire their brain and mature their nervous system through neurodevelopmental movement and auditory therapy. My yoga classes and workshops are a blend of Vinyasa and Yin with flavours from other Eastern and Western practices that are designed to tap into the body’s innate ability to heal.
