• "Our individual voice is the most powerful sound current on the planet. If you have kept your soul's voice silenced or held back, chanting could be truly life changing for you."

  • "As we chant we don't just chant to free or heal ourselves, we also chant for all those who do not have a voice and the healing of all."

    Rebecca Campbell

  • "Sound or vibration is the most powerful force in the universe"

    John (1:1)

  • "Chanting is the practice of singing divine names in repetition. It is a form of vibrational healing, as the sound current reverberates through your physical body bringing it back into harmony."

    Rebecca Campbell

  • "The repetition of chanting causes our minds to get bored and rest, allowing another voice, our soul's voice, to sing through us."

    Rebecca Campbell

  • "My favourite thing about chanting is the unified field that opens when we begin singing. It's as if the chant exists in that field on its own, and when we begin chanting we are instantly connected to it. And by being in that field through chanting along, you are also connecting yourself to all of the people who have ever chanted that chant throughout the past, present and future. That's a lot of divine support and holding.

Mantra’s

My favourite way to meditate is through mantra so I offer you a few recordings of my favourites. Chanting is a powerful way to clear subconscious patterning, focus the mind and raise the vibrational frequency of yourself and those around you. I recommend that you find a quiet space, close your eyes, press play and sing along for either 3, 11, 22 or 33 minutes. Enjoy!

Opening Mantra’s

Since time out of mind, the song, like the drum, has been used to create non-ordinary consciousness, a trance state, a prayer state. All humans and many animals are suscepitble to having their consciousness altered by sound.
— Clarissa Pinkola Estés

11 minute meditations

According to Kundalini yoga, chanting for…

. 3 minutes affects your circulation and blood stability

. 11 minutes begins to physically change your pituitary and nervous system

. 22 minutes helps to balance the negative, positive and neutral minds as they begin to work together

. 31 minutes begins to affect the whole mind, your aura, and all of your body’s internal elements (the tattvas: earth, ether, water, fire)

. 62 minutes your subconscious “shadow mind” and your positive (outer) projection are integrated

. 2.5 hours holds the change in your subconscious mind throughout the cycle of the day
